West Vancouver is geographically spread out — from the seawall in Ambleside to the British Properties high above. We tailor each visit to the area:

Ambleside seawall & village: Marine Drive condos, beachfront homes, Park Royal-adjacent townhomes.
Dundarave Village: Heritage homes and modern condos near 25th Street. Beautiful but tight on parking — book a weekday morning.
British Properties: Above Highway 1. Higher elevation = snow earlier. Plan winter swaps for early-to-mid October.
Sentinel Hill & Westmount: Hillside views, hillside driveways. We work on the flattest part.
Cypress Park & Caulfeild: Quiet residential pockets. Easy access; come anytime.
West Bay & Whytecliff: Approaching Horseshoe Bay. We cover these for both seasonal swaps and Sea-to-Sky prep.
Park Royal area: We can sometimes meet you at the surface lot if your condo has truly inaccessible parking.

Steep driveways: The hillside neighbourhoods (British Properties, Sentinel Hill, Caulfeild) have driveways that aren’t safe for vehicle jacking. We’ll work on a flat section or use the street.
Heritage homes: Older West Van homes often have narrow gravel or paver driveways. We work with what’s there.
Bears & wildlife: West Van bear season is real. We keep tools secured and don’t leave food in the truck. Pro tip: if you store winter tires in the garage, don’t store dog food next to them.
